With the eastern section of Awulale iron ore mineralization is located in the Tarim plate and the Ili microplate docking with the site, Awulale eastern section of the rift system, experienced multiple episodes of tectonic, magmatic activity, the stratigraphic more complete, with goodmetallogenic geological conditions. Region iron ore rich in mineral resources, mineral spatial distribution of groups segmented banded distribution.This article rely on "the Xinjiang West Tianshan Awulale, regional iron ore exploration demonstration project, on the basis of a comprehensive collection of the latest research results and research progress of the region, through field investigation, stratigraphic, tectonic, magmatic activity, such as more systematicexposition. Preparing for iron ore mineralization and geological features, combined with field work and indoor stratigraphy, petrology, geochemistry, mineral and geological data in the field of the regional geological features and metallogenic regularity, at the same time construct the diagram of preparing for iron ore mineralization.The latest geological theory as a guide to fully tap the geological, geophysical and other prospecting information, based on the ArcGIS platform, analysis of ore formation, ore-bearing rock, ore and ore-controlling structures, Bouguer gravity, to the pole, the original plane andknow the spatial relationship of the iron deposits (points), weighted weight of evidence and weighted regression method to predict the favorable ore-forming lots of the study area. Based on the delineation of the basic principles and norms of the target steps, combined with the ore-forming geological conditions of the study area and field survey data, were optimized to the target, the final delineation of the target6. In accordance with the calculated probability of mineralization and mineralization characteristics, divided into A, B, C, three types of Class A, one type of Class B, two types of Class C, for the study area for future exploration work to deploy to provide quantitative basis.We have some following results and understanding, in those work process, on the whole area geological conditions: 1、Awulale metallogenic belt in the eastern section of the deposit with local groups distribution as a whole into a banded distribution law.2、Systematic study of typical deposits, deposit type in the region to prepare for the iron ore deposits of marine volcanic part of the magmatic hydrothermal; summarize the prospecting criteria are mainly the following five aspects:Awulale Carboniferousrift zone is a favorable area of the mineralization of the iron ore deposits, the main ore minerals magnetite and magnetic pyrite caused by high magnetic anomalies near the volcanic edifice of volcanic depressions looking for the same type of deposit prospecting direction, Early Carboniferous quartzmonzonite porphyry contact zone of skarn, magnetite outcrops and turn the stone.3、The beizhan iron mineralization geological features, summed up the stage of preparing for iron ore mineralization is divided into three, namely:volcanic sedimentary period of the skarn transformation of the supergene oxidation of mineralization is mainly associated with volcanicactivities; remote sensing image interpretation, field trips, some of the typical deposit near there caldera appear, the preliminary view that the volcanic activity center is a rich source of ore mineralization.4、Based on the ArcGIS platform to establish for the first time the zone1:250000a unified and standard geological, minerals, Bouguer gravity, the database of the pole, the original plane.5、The regional metallogenic regularity and metallogenic model building, based on the ArcGIS platform, using the weighted weight of evidence method and the weighted regression method, the delineation of the ore-forming geological conditions in the region and prospecting potential favorable locations, and optimized6target, three types of Class A, one type of Class B, two types of Class C, evaluation of ore potential of the target area.6、For the first time will be used in ArcGIS technology Awulale metallogenic belt in the eastern section of the mineralization law and target preferred, the technology is complex multivariate information easy to handle, intuitive calculations reliable, easy to explain, easy to use geological staffand so on.
