Research On Reserves Evaluation And Reservoir Characteristics Of Quan100Area In Xia Siwan Oil Field

Geological reserves of oil and natural gas is reserves in the ground, and it is acomprehensive reflection of oil and gas exploration and development. Reserves of oil and gasprovides the important basis for exploration, development and investment scale of oil and gasfield.Xiasiwan oil field is located in east of the Shanbei slope of Ordos Basin. It’s aconcentration region of oil and gas in Mesozoics of ordos basin quan100area is located in thesouth-central in Xia Siwan oilfield. Drilling found the main oil layer section is chang22and theoil layer is focused on chang223, belonging to a small, special low abundance, shallow, lightconventional reservoir.In this paper, based on quan100area of Xia Siwan oilfield, the rearch is guided by thetheory and methodology of petroleum geology, sedimentary, lithofacies paleographic,petrology, geophysics and other subjects and combines previous studies as well as the corematerial, logging data, analysis and test material. Through the geological research of quan100area, we make clear the types of sedimentary facies and distribution, reservoir characteristicsand its types, oil and gas distribution; this area has high development degree and thecomparatively perfect development well nets, it’s geological understanding and reservoirsresearch degree are all up to demand of calculating proved reserves of development; throughdetailed interpretation of logging data, determine four property relations of reservoir, effectiveporosity and oil saturation logging interpretation model and net pay cut-off thickness; finally,based on the previous accounts, research reserves parameters and calculate geological reservesand recovery with the method of volume for quan100area. The research provides the basis forsetting reasonable oil field development scheme in quan100area in Xiasiwan oil field.
