With the rapid development of marine engineering technology, our country has been from the "shallow blue" to the "deep blue". However, due to the complexity and particularity of the deep-sea environment, it was difficult to analysis and research on the spot. Therefore, it is necessary to design a device which can simulate deep-sea environment. Based on this, the paper presents a deep-sea pressure simulation test device to calibrate the pressure of the deep-sea pressure sensor.According to the design index and control characteristics requirement of the test device, a compression scheme has been put forward, which can change the internal pressure of vessel by changing the liquid volume forcibly in cavity. Then preliminarily determines the overall composition of the simulation test device and the control method to precisely control the feeding. By designing and calculating the main components (such as cylinder pressure, bolts, pipes and motor), completed the whole design of the deep-sea pressure simulation test device. The test device will be correspondingly deformed when pressure is applied to the pressure cylinder, while the deformation of the test device will reduce the pressure of the pressure cylinder. Static analysis for pressure cylinder, bolts and pipeline by using the ANSYS software, can obtained the correlation deformation of the test device under different pressure condition. Finally, by calculating the deformation of the test device and the compression of the liquid, and the derivation of some relevant formulas, the relation curve between the piston feeding and the pressure variation of the pressure cylinder have received.The test device of this project research through the drive system with closed loop control can control the feeding precisely, so as to achieve high accuracy of simulation results. The test device includes two feeding system, in which large piston feed system can be pressurized to the target pressure and small piston feed system can change tiny pressure of the internal pressure cylinder with high precision, and its accuracy is up to0.02%FS, so the device can realize the calibration of tiny pressure. It provides a good experiment platform for the follow-up studies of the deep-sea pressure sensors.
