The Babina daunchina were taken as the research objects, Starting from theperspective of bionics. Geometric surfaces of Babina daunchina was examined usinganalysis equipment such as stereo microscope and scanning electron microscope.Contrast and analysis on the differences and similarities of the microstructure. Thecontact angle of water on the Babina daunchina different parts (head, back, thighs,abdomen, legs and claw) were measured by a contact angle measurement apparatus.The results show that the back of Babina daunchina sample contact angle is greaterthan90°, and then the back of the sample is hydrophobic material. The remainingparts of the sample of contact angle is less than90°, and then the remaining parts ofthe sample are hydrophilic material.Using reverse engineering technology, the point clouds of Babina daunchinaback, head and legs shape were obtained by a3d laser scanning system. According tothe function different the frog different parts of the body, the point clouds wereproceed using the EDS Imageware software. The curved surfaces of the Babinadaunchina body surfaces were reconstructed. The characteristic curve of Babinadaunchina was performed using the EDS Imageware software and data of Babinadaunchina body surfaces were fitted with Matlab software. The fitting curve equationwere obtained and the second derivative and curvature were calculated.The elastic of Babina daunchina were measured by electronic pressure testsystem,obtained the frog body pressure changing with compression distance fittingcurve equation: y=1.4034x4-9.264x3+24.7541x2-10.3533x+1.8199.The fitting curveequation, the first derivative and second derivative were analyzed by Matlab software.Soil animals has excellent function of reducing the soil adhesion. a large numberof soil animals provides convenience to the development of bionics. Babinadaunchina is a kind of animals live in the adhesional wetting soil environment,obtaining excellent function of reducing the soil adhesion. The main reasons ofreducing the soil adhesion are the skin micro geometric structure, mucus,elasticity andbioactivity. The contrast experiment proved that the skin micro geometric structureplay an important role in reducing the soil adhesion. When water content of soil is 35%db, the resistance-reduction rate is59.6%. It was found that coating mucussample can increase the adhesion force,and the skin sample adhesion force increasedobviously. The main reason is that the surface geometry structure of Babinadaunchina bring about greatly influenced in negative pressure air. The contrastexperiment proved that elasticity play an important role in reducing the soil adhesion.When water content of soil is26%db, the resistance-reduction rate is18.2%.Comparing live Babina daunchina and death, the sample of live Babina daunchinahas more obvious function of reducing the soil adhesion,under the condition of samewater content. When water content of soil is29%db, the resistance-reduction rate is6.3%. From what has been discussed above, the maximum resistance-reduction ratewas59.6%. In each group of experiments, with the increasing of water content, soiladhesion force increases gradually.
