This paper focuses on how the data transmitting between mobile users withinDelay Tolerant Networks, which is aimed to gain a better comprehension of humanmobility.In the world of human society, people live in different ifelds with differenthierarchies. Activities among the same group usually have high priorities. Thereforesomeone are called Mack Daddy for they receive more preference than others,synchronously, they usually have more activities or communications with others. Theyalways play the role of hubs in a social network.Similar to human society, in physical networks, there are still some nodes that aremore important than others. They are described as clusters, communities, collectors ormodules. Nodes,all have a global centrality value, could have various significance,manifest as information lfow, Freeman betweenness, closeness and inference power.A brand-new network named PSN,i.e. packet-switch network, is developing withpromoting smart devices, which is connected only when needed. To layout such anetwork forward algorithm, we should pay more attention on the factor of socialinformation for the reason th,at PSN routing protocol property is based on usersinteraction and social structure.In this paper global and local search are detailedly discussed. When informationdisseminates in diverse connected network structure, the most effective transmittingnode should locate in center place of network structure instead of those that has highdegree in global society.At the same time, local society degree still not suits here. Thedegree of location matching who really matters the local searching.Thus, with theinspiration above, a new routing protocol called HRGRap is brought out here. Itadopts the idea of social structure degree and location matching degree. It works with message spreads in globally. All the way up to the vicinity of destination, message isalways transmitted by higher value nodes. Finally, location matching degree directsthe progress.Demonstration ifgures that a higher delivery rate provides here withHRGRap. Moreover, it cost less than the classic.
