Therefore, this paper provides the basis for a law-abiding about labor scientific legislation, strictly enforce the law, impartial justice, further reducing labor legislation relatively lags behind, including the Non-uniform standard of administrative law enforcement, the difficult judicial referee executive power, the weak law consciousness of the employing unit, which provides a harmonious employment environment to promote the development of social economy in our country.With the promote overall of the rule of law and the disappearance of demographic dividend, the internal contradictions of labor relations will be more prominent in the form of labor disputes as well as the establishment of principal component score model and linear regression model. The SPSS statistical software tools are used to count, analyze and forecast the related data of our country’s labor dispute, which will become the relevant national labor legislation, law enforcement, judicial and law-abiding new normal, and a new bright spot. |
