Diagnose And Analyse The Health Status Of Sanchuan River Basin

Sanchuan River is one of the main tributaries of The Yellow River,it located in the westof the middle section of Lvliang Mountains,it contains four counties which are all in theperiod of rapid development and economic growth,provinces have been attached greatimportance to the development and governance of Sanchuan River,and it has experiencedthree major planning.In order to realize the health development of harmonious relationshipbetween people and water,as a prerequisite for conservation and restoration,diagnose thehealth status of a river is becoming a focus of research,through this method,we can findserious problems which are already existed,put forward targeted improvementmeasures,ultimately achieve the purpose of solving problems.To summarize the differentmethods of diagnose the health status of a river from different countries,we should first accessto a large number of literature of science and technology a criterion layer which contains fiveaspects:The natural function,the ecological function,the flood control function,the usingfunction,the service function,construction an index layer contains all key indicators accordingto the different meaning and significance,those key indicators should be fundamental,easy toobserved,and significant.According to the target layer the criterion layer,and the index layer tobuilding a system to diagnose the health status of a river,then applied to SanchuanRiver.According to hydrological data recorded by Houdacheng hydrological stations tocalculate solution of all key indicators and diagnose the health status of Sanchuan River basin.The result showed that the health status of Sanchuan River basin is worse,it makes forbetter administration and repair measures,making the health improvement to ensure thedevelopment of Sanchuan River is healthy,balanced,stable and sustainable.
