Peroxisome is a kind of widely exists in eukaryotic cells each of the cells as a result, it through the growth of existing peroxidase body division and proliferation. Peroxidase body function is composed of membrane transporters and internal enzyme molecules together to complete,namely membrane transporters to the substrate from the cytoplasm into peroxidase, then under the action of enzyme molecule substrate decomposition, end product was transported back to participate in other biochemical reactions in the cytoplasm.In order to study the early embryonic cells all phase change regularity of eroxidase body experiment using sds-page, western blot technique, through the detection of mouse early embryonic cells all period of peroxidase body standar membrane protein PMP70, and the CAT enzyme activity changes to reflect the variety regulation of produced oxide enzyme body, for better research on mouse embryos in vitro antioxidant mechanism in the process of laying the groundwork.The results showed that theearly embryonic stage 4 cells peroxidase content is higher than other cells, and cell stage to two cell stage 1phase peroxidase content is on the rise, 8 cell stage of peroxidase content is the lowest.
