In the 1980 s, plasmas have the fast development. The presence of dust particles, which are massive, high charged and small charge-mass ratio, can modify the quasi neutral condition, various volatility and instability in dusty plasmas, make plasmas show collective nonlinear effect and as a new composition of plasma, dust grains can produce some collective motion. So, dusty plasmas have some new wave modes in addition to the same that with ordinary plasmas. Two-temperature electrons are widely exist in space and laboratory plasma, so the research of the effect of the dust charging and two-temperature electrons on the collective effect of dust plasma waves contributes to the analysis of experimental results and the influence of space plasma observation results. In this paper, we studied the unmagnetized dusty plasmas mode based on dust fluid dynamics. We took into account the effect of two-temperature electrons, dust charging current from the collection of background plasma electrons and ions by dust grains on the dispersion peculiarities of dust-acoustic waves and dust-ion-acoustic waves. We calculated the dust charge current from the collection of background plasma two-temperature electrons and ions by dust grains through the Orbit Motion Limited(OML) theory. Then, we studied the effect of two-temperature electrons and dust charging fluctuations on the dispersion peculiarities of DAWs and DIAWs based on dust fluid dynamics.
