Research And Design Of Transient Pulling-off Force Test Device Of Under Water Pressure Connector

As the progress of the Marine technology,underwater electrical equipment and resources transport,underwater devices get wide application with great increase.Underwater connector has great influence on power grid,communication and resources transport which happen underwater.Therefore,development of testing equipment of underwater connector comes significantly.This article introduces the current situation of testing device of underwater connector,analyses the course of its quick pulling,then confirms the design proposal of the testing apparatus.At last is the experiment about hydraulic parts in the system.Chapter one introduces research situation of testing device of underwater connector,presents the main content aiming at test of transient tension in course of quick pulling in underwater environment.Chapter two introduces the course of underwater connector pulling and simulation process.We obtain change law of tension among the pulling,the effect of pulling speed and water gage on the maximum pressure.Chapter three analyses difficulty in developping testing device,confirm the tension solution from force balance relationship.Then defines necessary of testing physical quantity.At last is the overall plan and specific implementation process.Chapter four gives detailed design of hydraulic parts.It includes:working condition,accumulator calculation selection and simulation model of this item. The simulation content covers the maximum rollback speed and adjustment characteristic.Chapter five analyses the influence on sealed vessel pressure when hydraulic cylinder piston rod moves. We design a water pressure compensation program,analyse water pressure in sealed vessel comparing with that without pressure compensation.Chapter six introduces the overall design scheme.From testing process of the system,we put up the platform for experiment,write the test program and have some relevant experiments.
