Main work of this paper is to establish the calculation of helium atom multipolar dynamic polarization and the interaction between the dispersion coefficient of two kinds of stability of the variational method, in a single electron potential model(the weakest bound electron potential model) based on the stability of the variational method and on the basis of the double electron configurations of helium atom the stability of the variational method. More specifically:This paper by the weakest bound electron potential model theory as the foundation, established the calculation of helium atom multipolar dynamic polarization and the interaction between the dispersion coefficient of the stability of the variational method. Derived by the method of matrix involved in the dollar and the analytical expression of linear equations.
