We introduced the history and present situation of quantum cryptography, researched quantum secret sharing and quantum secure direct communication. The discovery of Shor algorithm and the development of quantum computer posed a great threat to the classic cryptosystem. The quantum cryptography was proved to be secure cryptosystem and never be cracked in theory, could be wildly used in business, military and other communication field.We proposed an improved quantum secret sharing protocol based on quantum encryption. We proposed detecting round after analyses quantum encryption deeply, inserting detecting round in normal process could fix the security problem and increase the detecting rate and communication efficiency. More significant feature was that even eavesdropper gave up eavesdropping halfway, detecting round could also detect the eavesdropping.We proposed a quantum secure direct communication protocol based on quantum encryption. This protocol sent messages in data block form based on quantum encryption and control mode and message mode to ensure the secure. We analyzed several eavesdropping strategies and proved the secure of this protocol.
