In recent years, the danger of red and green tides occurred frequently and the eutrophication of water is serious. How to fully use the salvaged Enteromorpha prolifera and reduce the eutrophication of the water level is an urgent problem to solve. This paper mainly studied the manufacture of Enteromorpha prolifera fermented broth and its influence to the growth of microalgae, the application in simplified culture medium of Spirulina and the purification of eutrophicated seawater. The main results are as follows:1. The manufacture of Enteromorpha prolifera fermented brothThe biochemical component of Enteromorpha prolifera has been changed significantly after fermented by Saccharomycetes cerevisiae, the test results the content of protein and reducing sugar increased, the protein in the femented broth is up to 72.8% and the reducing sugar is up to 91.6%, and the content of total sugar most reduced by 70.4%., The content of protein and total sugar had little change after fermented by Lactobacillus bacteriumlactis, but the content of reducing sugar was 0.221mg/L, the measured data is equal to the content in the Yeast fermentation liquor.2. The influence of Enteromorpha prolifera fermented broth to the growth of microalgaeThere was promoting effect on the growth of Spirulina maxima and Isochrysis galbana after adding Enteromorpha prolifera fermented broth to alga culture medium, and obviously to Spirulina maxima (P<0.01).In range of certain concentration, the higher concentration, the better growth of Spirulina maxima. For Isochrysis galbana, when the volume fraction was 1%, the max growth rate was on the eighth day, up to 13.9/d, and the result was bigger than other experimental groups with larger volume fraction. Except to the experimental group with 1% volume fraction of Enteromorpha fermented broth, other content significantly inhibit the growth of Isochrysis galbana (P< 0.01).3 The study of the application of Enteromorpha prolifera fermented broth in simplified culture medium for Spirulina.Adding Enteromorpha prolifera fermented broth with different volume fraction to culture Spirulina maxima by using half of nutrient solution, the promoting effect was obvious(P<0.05), the growth rate with fermented liquid of 4% volume reaching maximum (3.08%) on the last day. After the experiment, measured the content of reducing sugar, algal blue protein and chlorophyll in the large powder were higher than the content of control group. The highest content of reducing sugar is 12.18% of the mass of algae powder (with 2% volume content), the hishest content of phycocyanin is 5.85% (with 5% volume content), and when the content of fermentated liquor was 2%, the content of both chlorophyll a is reach to highest, the content of chlorophyll a is 4.32 mg/L.4 The purification of Enteromorpha prolifera fermentated broth to nurtritive salt(N salt) in mariculture wastewaterThe training of the aquaculture wastewater asparagus system to join Enteromorpha prolifera fermented broth are very usefully on purifying and purificationing the seawater nutrient salt (N). Except to the sixth experimental group, the removal rate of DIN of other groups was about 90% on the third day, and the total inorganic nitrogen content reached to the 2th kinds of water quality standards from 4th kinds of water quality standards. The total inorganic nitrogen content of other groups reached the first kind of water quality standards on the last day of experiment. Gracilaria lemaneiformis is able to grow nomally in aquaculture wastewater which is added Enteromorpha prolifera fermented liquid, and the growth rate reached to maximum on the sixth day, it is 11.5%/d. And there was a large number of living bacterium in water body after the experiment.
