Multivariate polynomial interpolation, including Lagrange interpolation has al-ways been an important subject of computational mathematics. Cylindrical surface is an important class of quadratic algebraic surface. In industrial design, many build-ings adopt cylindrical surface. In mathematical physics equations, it is also very common to solve heat conduction problems and potential problems on cylindrical surface model.In this paper,we study the problem of Lagrange interpolation along the cylinder surface.We apply superposition interpolation and factorization method to the study of Lagrange Interpolation well-posedness problem along the cylinder surface, then propose the method by adding generatrix,quadratic irreducible curve and double cir-cumferences to construct the ternary n times interpolation set of posed nodes along the cylinder surface. |
