With the rapid development of economy in our country, the tourism industry is also booming. With the number of tourists has increased year by year in scenic spots,the resources there are relatively in short, especially in the mountainous area.Due to its steep terrain, all kinds of resources are very precious. In the mountainous tourist area, water resources are the most important. Scenic areas rely on reservoir to store water, and its water storage capacity is limited. Because of the uneven distribution of rainfall and a local water shortages during the dry season. Water resources has become the important factor restricting the development of the attractions. The mountainous area is of complex terrain, high elevation drop, and uneven rainfall. At the same time, with the long water supply network complex diversion project and high cost, it is important to use water resources rationally and need to be solved quickly. The type of water includes residential water consumption, office water and ecological water, fire and tourism water, they have different priorities. At present, the Mount Huangshan scenic area applies the experience scheduling scheme to deliver water according to the situation of the reservoir water level. The diversion scheme is lack of scientific theory supporting, and it may appear unreasonable problems. The scholars at home and abroad make more studies on urban water supply scheduling network,few on mountainous scenic area. Therefore, research has important implications for the auxiliary decision-making scheduling of water supply in the scenic mountain.This thesis combines with the historical data of Mount Huangshan scenic area to analyze and study the effect of the scenic spot data of time series methods. It also studies the structure of decision-making system, designs component architecture for the Mount Huangshan scenic area, and analyzes the system to set up suitable auxiliary decision-making scheduling platform. When provided auxiliary decision-making scheduling scheme this thesis combines with the historical data and reservoir water storage condition to give appropriate water diversion scheme, which is more reasonable than experience scheduling, and it has data to support.The establishment of auxiliary decision-making scheduling scheme helps to save energy, use existing resources reasonably and makes it have greater economic efficiency, improve the level of intelligence in scenic spots so as to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness. To establish a unified system platform, make it more systematic to facilitate future development and extension and has good practical value.
