With the constant trend of the ocean energy, tidal current has become one of the most promising ocean resources due to its high reserves, mass distribution and multiple channels. Recently, our country has put much focus on the clean energy industry, with funds and technology leaning towards to it. At present, we have developed many tidal-current-powered generators and marine test is the key link for the generator moving from engineering prototype to large-scale and industrialized application. Tidal current powered generators are urgently needed to test the generating efficiency and stability of the equipment in order to reduce the marine test cost, enhance the veracity. This thesis has made an analysis of both the domestic and overseas development and utilization of the current energy and further study of the tidal current energy test platform.Firstly, ensure the size and the form of the pile foundation of the current energy devices test platform on the base of the design requirement and geographical conditions restriction and then design each main part; To state the calculation accuracy of the AQWA by verifying wave and current force physical modeling experiment of the east sea monopile and the data of the overall stress of current energy powered generators test platform measured by it is reliable. Then, do the numerical simulation research of current energy powered generators test platform based on the ANSYS preprocess modeling, AQWA hydraulic calculation and 3-d potential flow theory, get the stress situation of the test platforms under these 4 situations, make compare of the stress situation between under tidal current solo effect and wave and current combined effect; Calculate the displacement and the stress of the pile under this environment. Check both vertical axis and horizontal axis allowable load according to the standard, and the results are within the safety limitation, the structure is stable and reliable.It is shown in this thesis that double piles structure marine test platform for tidal current generator could meet the working requirement of the test units, and could be a feasible proposal for current energy powered generators marine test platform. In the meanwhile, it could also provide reference value for further developing of this sort of platforms.
