With the rapid development of communication technology, computer technology and control technology, the networked control system in all walks of life are widely integrated and applied. The introduction of the network brings a lot of convenient, but the limitations of network bandwidth, can lead to network transmission data loss, delay and other issues. Those problems weaken the control performance. In addition, many of the actual system states can not be measured directly, the need to design the state observers to estimate the states. In this paper, considering a class of linear discrete networked control systems with random time delays, the design of state observers and controllers are researched. The main research work are shown as follows:(1) Stochastic stability control problem of a class of linear discrete networked control systems with random time delays is studied. Assuming the random time delays are characterized as a Markov chain probability distribution, the state observers and random stable controllers are designed to guarantee the stochastic stability of the systems. Applying Lyapunov stability theory, the necessary and sufficient conditions are derived for the closed-loop systems, by solving Linear Matrix Inequality(LMI), relevant parameters of observers and controllers are derived.(2) H?control problem of a class of linear discrete networked control systems with random time delays is studied. Assuming the random time delays are characterized as a Markov chain probability distribution, the state observers and H?controllers are designed to guarantee the stochastic stability of the systems. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, the necessary and sufficient conditions for stochastic stability and the sufficient conditions for the specific performance index are derived for the closed-loop systems, by solving Linear Matrix Inequality(LMI), relevant parameters of observers and controllers are derived.(3) H?tracking control problem of a class of linear discrete networked control systems with random time delays is studied. Assuming the random time delays are characterized as a Markov chain probability distribution, the state observers and H?tracking controllers are designed to guarantee the stochastic stability of the systems. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, the necessary and sufficient conditions for stochastic stability and the sufficient conditions for the specific performance index are derived for the closed-loop systems, by solving Linear Matrix Inequality(LMI), relevant parameters of observers and controllers are derived.
