Qinyuan coal mine main factory landslide site is located in the South Bank of the river valley, the river is the river. The research of this field is beneficial to the effective prevention and control of the landslide in the area, avoiding or reducing the economic loss of the landslide.In this paper, a coal mine main building site landslide research work. Through field investigation, analyzes the basic characteristics of the main plant in the coal mine landslide, through the indoor experiment, in the sliding zone at bauxitic mudstone of the special nature of and with the limit equilibrium method of the slope of the stability analysis. The results of this research are as follows:(1) The stability of the slope of a coal mine main workshop is analyzed.. Through the demonstration of the site, geological structure, surface water, groundwater, etc., the main building is located in the slope of an ancient landslide, and the multi-storey landslide.(2) The site of the main building is located in the ancient landslide, and the ancient landslide is unstable at present.. Main plant crushing strata, rock cranny, river cutting slope, underground water is abundant, construction excavation slope, coupled with surface water in the rainy season a lot of infiltration, the lower part of the aluminum scholar mudstone softened forms the surface, so as to lead to slope instability, sliding occurs.(3) Main plant landslide bauxitic mudstone rock broken zone, rock core is chunky, coring difficulties, through the field samples taken indoor rock experiment analysis method is not easy to achieve; the bauxitic mudstone bloat, and broken, according to the the characteristics of the paper adopt the bauxitic mudstone fragments of milling and according to the method of cohesive soil were mechanical test. The results of slope stability analysis show that this method is feasible.
