With the rapid economic development in our country, oil and gas resources has become more evident and serious, and 75 percent of global oil and gas resources in the ocean, which means we need to develop the offshore oil and gas exploration and production engineering technology, but large waves at sea, working environment harsh, offshore drilling platforms with undulating waves of strong vertical vibration, so that drilling is unstable, it is easy to damage the drill, which makes high-efficiency, harsh environment heave compensation system has become the main offshore oil and gas exploitation.In this paper, use the tour car heave compensation system for the study, to compensate for the displacement of the drill string to study, the purpose is to reduce the impact of fluctuations in sea drill work, poor working conditions at sea to adapt, improve drilling efficiency. The article made the following work:1.The analysis of the existing current situation wave compensation technology at home and abroad and introduce a variety of compensation wave compensation device structure and working principle.2.Analysis Offshore rigs working environment, put the actual work of the waves into a theoretical study,force analysis the actual work of the drill string.3.Existing passive and active heave compensation wave devices hydraulic principles for analysis, use AMESim sofeware to build the active and passive wave compensation device modeling and simulation.4.Proposed semi-active heave compensation system, designed hydraulic schematics of semi-active heave compensation devices, and match the parameters of semi-active heave compensation device system.5.Mathematical modeling of the hydraulic system on semi-active heave compensation device, through AMESim sofeware to simulation analysis its compensation effect(the compensation effect of Accumulator volume, different hook load, displacement of the pump and the proportional coefficient and the energy consumption, etc.). The simulation results show that semi-active heave compensation system has high precision displacement compensation, fast response, low energy consumption, saving resources. The simulation results of the comparative analysis of three compensation device, draw semi-active heave compensation system is feasible.Comparative analysis of simulation results of three compensation device, obtained semi-active heave compensation system is feasible.
