The standard model is one of the most successful theories in particle physics, it is the results of many scientists’ hard work since the twentieth century. The recent experiments of high energy physics, not only expose problems in the model but also confirm the conclusion of it. For example, the neutrino oscillation experiment shows that neutrinos have tiny mass. This is can not be explained by the standard model. Therefore many extensions has been done to the standard model, the Minimal Supersymmetry Standard Model(MSSM) is a popular one. And the Minimal Supersymmetry Standard Model with local gauged B and L(BLMSSM) is a extra extension of MSSM.We organize this paper as follows. In chapter 1, we introduce the structure, gauged group, the lagrangian of the SM and particles in it. In chapter 2, we introduce the structure, gauged group, the lagrangian and the super potential of the MSSM briefly. In chapter 3, we introduce the structure, gauged group, the lagrangian, the super potential and the superfield of the BLMSSM.make a study of the way to solve problems in the theory and consider the mass matrix and the couplings between exotic quarks,higgs and superfields. In chapter 4,we calculated the value of neutron electric dipole moment(EDM), studied the corrections of one loop diagrams and the contributions from the Weinberg operators, and then made numerical analysises. In chapter 5,we summarize this work and discuss the Prospect of new physical models.
