Twenty-six compounds were isolated and purified from Aspergillus aculeatus and Penicillium griseofulvum by using various chromatographic methods(silica gel colum chromatography, Sephadex LH-20, HPLC and so on). Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis(1D and 2D NMR, MS) and the relevant literature date.Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified from Aspergillus aculeatus. These compounds include two new compounds: 2-(2’,4’,6’-trihydroxyphenyl)-(7-hydroxy-5-methyl) chromone(XY-1),(E)-4-hydroxy-3-[(4-hydroxy-3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl)oxy]benzoic acid(XY-3). In addition, other compounds include two steroids, one flavones, one anthraquinone and nine benzene derivatives.Thirteen compounds were obtained from the secondary metabolites of the Penicillium griseofulvum. These compounds include two new compounds: methyl 2-[2,4-dihydroxy-3,5-dimethyl-6-(2-oxoethyl)phenyl]acetate(H-8), 2-(6-hydroxy-5,7-dimethyl-2-oxo-2,3-di hydrobenzofuran-4-yl)acetaldehyde(H-12). Other structures were named(3R,4S)-8-hydr oxy-3,4,5-trimethyl-6-oxo-4,6-dihydro-3H-isochromene-7-carboxylic acid(H-1), penicitrin one A(H-3), phthalate(2-ethyl)ethyl ester(H-6), bis(2-ethylhexyl) adipate(H-7), dihydro citrinone(H-13), phenol A(H-15), benzoic acid(H-19), [3-(tert-butyl)-4-(neopentyloxy) phenyl]methanol(H-16), 6,8-dihydroxy-3,4,5-trimethylisochroman(H-20), 5,7-dihydroxy-3, 4,6-trimethylbenzofuran-2(3H)-one(H-21), penicitrinone E(H-22). |
