Purpose: Jiaodong to 0.3% of the land area occupies 25% of China’s gold reserves. The vast majority of gold deposits developed in the three mineralization fault which are Zhaoping, Jiaojia and Sanshandao fault belt.In recent years, with the development of national economy, the demand for gold has increased year by year, the major mining companies continue to exploration and production, many mines are faced with shortages of resources. The previous who has carried out a large number of field geological survey and scientific research work at the north、south of the fracture belt.Methods: In this paper, through the comprehensive collection, collation and analysis of previous research data, Select a profile which cut through the upper and lower plate of the orebody in the Dayingezhuang gold deposit as an example. The system take rock samples, carry out detailed petrography, major and trace elements analysis and research, By the geological characteristics of the deposit, migration enrichment regularity of the detailed study, summarize the basic ore controlling characteristics of the gold deposit in the middle of Zhaoping fault zone, explore the genesis, Based on the above, select the middle of Zhaoping fault zone as the study area carry out tectonic alteration mapping and typical profile measurement, division of tectonic alteration zone, determine the sign of alteration, ore prediction. With a view to prospecting provide scientific clues for the next step. Results and Conclusions:Through the above study, the following understanding:(1)Dayingezhuang gold deposit is strictly common controlled by the strata, magmatite, structure and wall rock alteration, Oreboby occurs to alteration of Linglong granites in the main fault footwall, handing rock for the Archean mentamorphic rocks of the Jiaodong group, potash feldspathization, silicification and pyritization sericitization is closely related to gold mineralization.(2) The migration regularity with different alteration intensity of major elements in altered rock is obvious in the structural alteration zone of Dayingezhuang gold deposit, indicating that the alteration and mineralization leading to the constant element migration or enrichment. The gold mineralization of Dayingezhuang gold deposit is most closely with Fe2O3,K2 O, Si O2, Ca O. The content of REE is high, the differentiation phenomenon of light, heavy rare earth is more obvious, visible light REE enrichment in general. The distribution curve rightwards type. The negative anomalies of Eu,Ce are obvious. The process form the fault of weak alteration to strong alteration,ΣREE, LREE and HREE were significantly lower, and the corresponding eigenvalues showed regular changes. Au and Ag,Bi,Cu,Hg,Zn have the higher correlation coefficient. Au-AgBi-As-Cu-Hg-Ni-Pb-W-Zn is the combination of indicator elements which is closely related to the gold mineralization.(3) The fluid inclusions of Dayingezhuang gold deposit have many types, and the metallogenic temperature overall distribution at the rang of 137℃-455℃, the type of fluid is overall for the medium temperature and low salinity of Na Cl- H2O- CO2 system.(4) By summarizing the S isotopes and H-O isotope research achievement from previous shows: the mineralization of Dayingezhuang gold deposit do not have deep sulfur characteristics.The ore-forming fluid is focused on mantle derived primary water, magmatic fluid and meteoric water, and a small amount of metamorphic water added.(5) Through the geological mapping and the measured profiles obtains: the alteration belt have different width in the footwall of the fracture surface. Overall features is the width of the handing wall less than footwall. And the hanging wall and footwall alteration strength and breaking strength are not consistent, overall features is the footwall stronger than the hanging wall. The main fracture have obvious zonging characteristics, rock zonation for fault gouge' pyrite phyllic'sericite feldspar granite' potash feldspathization granite'weak gneissic biotite granite adamenllite' normal granite;Alteration zonation is unaltered Jiaodong group of older strata' potash feldspathization' phyllic, silicification, pyrite' potash feldspathization'not altered Linglong granite. According to the data of the filed mapping and the analysis of the sample, proposed that the section form the west of Houtuan to the west of Daotou is the prospective areas for mineralization in the south of Zhaoyuan.
