Metallogenic model is intended to make a comprehensive theoretical generalization of the distribution, the formation mechanism and the formation mechanism of ore bodies by concise narrative and chart.metallogenic model, established on the basis of detailed in-depth geological, can be an effective service for prospecting. Through a variety of technical methods to analyze the regional metallogenic model, and propose a reasonable method of prospecting, carried out with great guiding significance for future work.Mongolia as a mineral resource-exporting countries, have a large reserve of coal, fluorite, tungsten, gold, iron, tin and other resources, copper, molybdenum reserves ranking first in Asia. From the tectonic, Mongolia is an inland belt between the Siberian plate and. Sino-Korea plate, despite repeated tectonic movements, especially in Paleozoic and Mesozoic tectonic movement, formed a series North West and North trending tectonic belt and metallogenic belt. The Torba sum Bayan-Olgii Province copper-gold zone located in the north of Altai metallogenic belt, is a favorable zone of the Altai copper and gold.On the basis of 1:50000 geological mapping by K.Iliyev at 1981-1983, study of the earth surface by Ts.Lodoi at 1993-1994,2004, we carried out in the 30km2 study area geological mapping, trenching, geochemical exploration, power induced electric exploration.Geological mapping determined the underlying distribution of the study area, drawed a stratigraphic boundary, found 19 quartz vein 4 silicification with five of seven of the fault zone, copper mineralization, three gold mineralization sites, collecting 326 rock naming identification, the main exposed strata of the study area are the Lower Cambrian and Lower Devonian-Upper Carboniferous schist and slate. Granites in the study area are less exposed, some individual points exposed because of the geological tectonics or weathering, erosion and glacial erosion. Geochemical analysis focused mainly on Au, Ag, Cu, Pb, Zn, Mo, As. According to the anomalies combination and anomalies size of the elements, geologic environmental factors, the region delineated a comprehensive exception of 10. In power induced electrical measurement in the study area, because a large number of the exposed strata are the Lower Cambrian siliceous, argillaceous schist, slate, average polarizability is about 0.332% low, the polarization rate reached only 1.2%; average resistivity is 1008.2Ω·m,with a fluctuation range of (117.1~3287.1Ω·m). We arranged 26 trenches, to test the stratigraphic boundary and expose the ore-bearing quartz veins. Finally, based on the above work, comprehensive analysed regional geophysical and geochemical/geophysical anomalies, studied the characteristics and geological features on the local stratigraphic distribution of the tectonic evolution of the hydrothermal sources and mineralization. discussed the regional metallogenic model, verified the rationality and effectiveness of the use of prospecting methods, made a reference for future work.
