| Oil and gas resources are important strategic materials directly related to the political, economic and military security of the country. Oil shale is important part of unconventional oil and gas resources, and it has been classified as very important resources substitution in the 21 st century energy because of its richness and exploitation feasibility. In response to today’s growing energy demand, the study of oil shale resource development and utilization of practical significance is very important. At present, most of the research on reference material focused on shale composition analysis at home and abroad, while the reference material for oil shale is less developed. Due to high oil content of oil shale ash and large specificity, currently the shale component analysis reference material is difficult to meet the needs of shale oil sample analysis test, so the development of oil shale Standards is to ensure accurate analysis and testing reliability, and is an important basis for the research work to carry out smoothly.This paper fully consider the characteristics of oil shale distribution in China, four oil shale samples were collected in Fushun, Huadian and Maoming’s oil shale mining, make the candidate component content in gradient. Samples were processed with no pollution, made of two different particle size(1 mm ~ 3 mm and less than 74 μm, cooperation by the several laboratory determined the value of standard materials.A variety of methods include low temperature carbonization method,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer(ICP-AES) were used to measure 49 indexes include the oil content, the whole water, heat char, ash, dry distillation volatiles, semi-coke volatile, K2 O, Na2 O, Ca O, Mg O, P2O5, Al2O3, TFe2O3, Mn O, Si O2, Ti O2, As, B, Ba, Be, Ce, Co, Cr, Cu, Ga, La, Mo, Ni, Rb, Sr, U, V, Y, Zn, Corg., LOI and so on. 13 laboratories were selected to determined 49 indexes by cooperation. The results showed that the uniformity and stability of all the considering reference materials were good, and measurement accuracy of most elements were accurate and reliable, while different laboratory results showed good reproducibility, valuation analysis and most of the test items reached the setting requirements. |
