Chaos dynamics is a new cross subject, which is developed with the rapid development of modern science and technology, especially computer technology. Chaos is everywhere, it widely exists in natural science, whether it is biology, economics, physical science, psychology, chemistry, celestial mechanics, or in geology, meteorology, even in the fields of art and music, chaos has been widely used. Chaos plays an increasingly important role in broadening and deepening the understanding of nature, theoretical and practical applications of chaos are of great significance.Classes of special Lorenz type autonomous differential equations are compared in this paper. The conditions of the new chaotic system are summarized, and a new chaotic system is obtained by computer programming. Compared with the traditional method, the new method is more simple and convenient to operate, and has a certain theoretical basis. In this paper, the chaotic characteristic and the equilibrium point of the new chaotic system and the ultimate boundedness of the system are described in detail. At the same time, a new chaotic system based on linear feedback control to achieve the stabilization of unstable equilibrium points is studied, and a series of simple algebraic sufficient conditions are obtained. Then, the inverse optimal control method for the new chaotic system is proposed. The controller design strategy of the new chaotic system with time delay and unstable equilibrium point is studied, and the relationship between the system parameters and the gain of the controller is given. In the end, the new chaotic system is related to cryptography, a new chaotic image encryption and decryption scheme is proposed.
