Diamond wireline coring technology and air reverse circulation drilling is the most widely drilling method which used at home and abroad by coring or sampling for materials from underground. Aiming to different purpose, geological conditions,drilling depth and drilling factors etc. geographic region, the two kinds of technology methods has its different equipment system and using range, the equipment system has their own limitation in drilling ability, the construction efficiency, risk control,process adaptability etc. Multi- technology drilling is combined with the advantage of two kinds of drilling technology, on the same machine equipment replacement with fast and convenient to realize drilling method of two or more processes.Drilling system is the main of drilling equipment system, multi-technology drilling system should be able to meet the diamond wireline core drilling and air reverse circulation drilling of technology requirements. According to comparing analisis rock breaking theory, working condition of demand and supporting equipment of the two main drilling methods, identified by mechanical transmission and hydraulic speed implementation process requirements of the drilling system(including the rotary system, feed system and improve system) design and configuration scheme,and of the drilling system by using the 3D modeling software Creo simulation design;By using finite element analysis of Creo\Simulate structure module, system of drilling and the main parts of the necessary finite element static analysis and modal analysis,check the strength and stiffness of main components, and through the modal analysis to determine the relevant components of natural frequencies and corresponding vibration mode, and then for the system of vibration fault diagnosis and prediction and optimization of structural dynamic characteristics analysis and provide a reference basis; Prototype of form a complete set of processing equipment, to validate the applicability of the multi-technology drilling system and convenience, and the analysis of test data for relevant test conclusion.Based on the design and analysis of the drilling system, developed the domestic first set of multi-technology drilling rig which suitable for the geological shallowsmall-bore in the field of exploration, it is on the premise of meet the requirements of geological, reasonable using the different system of drilling technology and equipment system, in order to improve the drilling efficiency, reduce labor intensity,and reduce the overall cost, and it will be to play a positive effect to promote development and application of the domestic multi-technology drilling method and equipment.
