As the spectrum resources are increasingly scarce, Terahertz technology in recent ten years has got more and more attention and has made tremendous progress. It is terahertz sources, terahertz detectors and some key components of terahertz system that have become a research hotspot, and overcome them one by one. Terahertz sensitive material is very scarce in the nature, which leads that the research on terahertz sensitive devices (such as absorber, filter, etc.) developed very slowly.Combining with high frequency electromagnetic wave, such as the millimeter wave, infrared and ultraviolet wave, etc, through theoretical analysis and software simulation, this thesis studied the terahertz metamaterial based on metamaterial structure and terahertz wave absorber based on flexible metamaterials. Because the metamaterials have the characteristics that ordinary materials do not have, Such as negative magnetic permeability and negative permittivity properties, this thesis adopted the THZ wave absorption device based on the technology of metamaterials to further expand the operating frequency range of terahertz metamaterials of submicron size, and to enlarge its scope of application. The modeling and simulation of the electromagnetic wave absorption material of flexible mesh metamaterials structure extend its operating frequency to all of the electromagnetic spectrum. In the end, this thesis designed a kind of electromagnetic wave absorption devices which can work in the whole electromagnetic spectrum. This structure can be extended to the whole plane in the flexible material. The thesis, according to the Micro-nano processing technology which based on MEMS technology, designed a metamaterials model. The working frequency of this model in the terahertz band can be tuned. This article analyzes the influence of changing parameters of the unit structure on absorption frequencies with the CST Microwave Studio simulation platform unit. Then, this thesis has put forward the terahertz absorber structure of mesh structure and has designed a terahertz broadband absorber working in the terahertz wave band. By simulation, the structure formed the perfect absorption in 1.98 THz to 4.35 THz, and had great absorption rate in the whole THz frequency rang.Through the research on the metamaterial absorber, this article designed a series of new type mesh three-dimensional metamaterial absorber structure. This type of metamaterial absorber realized greater absorption rate in THz, FT-IR and UV Vis. This metamaterial structure has the advantages of simple structure, wide frequency band, easy manufacturing. In the stealth field and anti-electromagnetism radiation fields, it has a broad application prospects and a certain reference value.
