Yantongshan antimony silver polymetallic deposit is located in Yantongshan town,Panshi county,Jilin province, and lies in the northern margin of North China Craton, the most southern sector of Xing’an Mongolian orogenic belt, faces Mishan Dunhua Fault to the east and Songliao Basin to the west. Silas- Mulun- Yanji Changchun suture seperates this area and Xing’an Mongolian orogenic belt.Ore body mainly existed in Carboniferous Luquantun formation of marble, tuff, tuffaceous sandstone, limestone, carbonaceous slate. No magmatic rock crop out of 5km in the mining area, but a lot of magmatic rocks exposed Within 20 km, Most are Jurassic granite and some acidic acid vein rocks which are the not yet determined. Structure development in mining area. The reavealed length of No.1 ore body is 400 m, width is 20-60 cm, overall occurence is 190°∠50。The reavealed width of No.2 ore body is between 20-60 cm,and overall occurence is 25°∠ 23°.The ore minerals are mainly pyrite, stibnite, pyrrhotite, galena, arsenopyrite, chalcopyrite and minor limonite. The gangue minerals are mainly quartz, calcite, fluorite, and a small amount of chlorite. Ore textures are mainly euhedral to subhedral granular structure, xenomorphic granular structure, metasomatic texture, cataclastic structure: blocky structure, disseminated structure, brecciated structure, comb structure, colloidal structure and MIAROLITIC structure. Wall rock alteration are silicification, fluoritization, carbonatization, chloritation. The silicification and antimony, silver mineralization had very close relationship. Fluoritization are main related with antimony mineralization. The metallogenic period can be divided into hydrothermal mineralization and supergene oxidation period and hydrothermal phase is further divided into four stages: the I-cache quartz poor sulfide stage, II quartz pyrite stage, III quartz polymetallic sulfide stage, IV carbonate phases. The phase III is the main metallogenic stage. The deposit fluid inclusions are mainly dominated by gas liquid two phase and liquid phase inclusions. The study shows that the ore forming fluid has low temperature(peak value of 150-180℃), low and medium salinity(peak value of 4.8-6.4wt%NaCl),low and medium density(0.88-0.94g/cm~3). Mineralization pressure is 25-35 Mpa,corresponding to the depth of 2.5-3.5km, which is a shallow depth. The sulfur isotope34SV-CDT is between-6.7-14.1%, enriched in Light sulfur sulfur, mainly from strata.Yantongshan silver antimony polymetallic deposit; oxygen isotope 18 O water range-2.96to-5.26-2.96~-5.26‰ which suggests that the ore-forming fluids were mainly derived from meteoric water. In conclusion, Yantongshan antimony silver polymetallic deposit is low temperature hydrothermal vein type deposits related with structures.
