In this article, the theory and the properties of semi-tensor was used on Bayesian networks and successfully transformed it into an equal algebraic form. On the basis of the derivation, a series of properties was discussed in this article.The background and the value of this paper were introduced. A review of the status was proposed in this section. And then, the main content and method of this paper was introduced. At last, the new point of this paper was given in article.The basic model and theory of Bayesian was introduced, the basic theory of semi-tensor was also introduced in article.On the basis of the basic Boolean Bayesian network model, the semi-tensor theory was used to derive the algebraic form of the Boolean Bayesian network. On the basis of the algebraic form of Bayesian network, a series of mathematical properties which were significant for the control of the network was discussed. The simulation result of the Bayesian network based on the semi tensor pr oduct, which will prove the efficiency of the model. The whole research is concluded, and a plan of the future work was given.
