The Research On The Influence Of The Development Of Science And Technology On Diplomatic Relations And The Countermeasures

Globalization has become one of the basic characteristics and development trends of the world since the 1980 s. Science and technology is the core power of the development of the world economy. The trend of globalization has been widely concerned. The scientific and technological exchanges between countries and countries have become more and more frequent. As an important part of public diplomacy, science and technology diplomacy has become an important issue. In this paper, the elements of science and technology diplomacy, that is, two aspects of science and technology and diplomacy, to explore the impact of Technological Development on the relationship between the state of the country, and on this basis put forward relevant strategies.The article mainly from five aspects: in the first part expounds the connotation, nature and characteristics of foreign science and technology, and its specific form, analysis of its theoretical basis; the second part of the scientific and technological factors on our diplomatic characteristics of diachronic examination, sorting out the evolution of China’s science and Technology Diplomacy since the founding of new China; third part, from the viewpoint of diplomatic analysis of the new trend of the development of science and technology in China-- the globalization of science and technology; the fourth part, through the analysis of the United States, European Union, Russia, Japan and other developed countries foreign science and technology strategy, summed up its enlightenment to our country science and technology diplomacy; the fifth part, based on the above discussion on the Countermeasures of coordinated development of science and technology and diplomatic work. Through the discussion of this paper can be seen under the background of the globalization of science and technology, as a developing country, China should be under the premise of combining the concrete national conditions, drawing on a wide range of developed countries in science diplomacy strategy, science and technology into the overall political and diplomatic strategy, foreign theory that study geo science, promote foreign science and technology development among regions, in a shared global scientific and technological resources based on, promoting the development of China’s foreign affairs, in the development of their own at the same time, set up the image of a responsible big country in the world, for the Chinese peace rise to lay a solid foundation.
