Switched system is a kind of important hybrid system consisting of continuous time or discrete time subsystems and the switching signals among them. In recent few years,switched systems have gained more and more effects in the research of neural networks,communications and engineering technology.In this paper, the average dwell time approach is used to investigate the exponential stability and finite-time stability for impulsive switched systems with time delay. The sufficient conditions of exponential stability are derived by using the given lemmas; some sufficient conditions are given to ensure that the state trajectory of the system remains in a bounded region over a prespecified finite time interval. Finally, numerical examples are employed to show the efficiency of the theorems.
