The growth of Angiosperms go through three stages including embryonic development stage, the vegetative growth stage and the reproductive stage. There are many complex phenomena within the processes that covers the development of organs like root,stem,leaf,flower and fruit. However,the generation of these phenomena is inseparable from the vegetative growth of plants. Plant vegetative growth stages are divided into juvenile phase and adult stage, The phase change of juvenile phase turning to adult stage is called the phase change of vegetative growth,which provides enough nutrition in the reproductive growth of plants and lay the foundation for the growth of plants.The Plant vegetative phase changes is a complicated process, it is related with axial trichome distribution 、rosettes leaves morphology 、SAM and miR156,and its target gene SPL. Although the existing in arabidopsis and maize to vegetative growth phase transition were related to genetic analysis,But when regulating the vegetative growth phase shift factors are still unknown change the control gene of VPC regulate nutrient elementscontrol will be r to explored in furtheThe materials of this study are agl19 and anr1 which relate to the nitrogen metab olism.By observing its trichome distribution,morphological changes of leaves,rosettes leaves length-width ratio and the change of the apical meristem differentiation to detect the quantity of expression of miR156 and its target gene SPL3,which plays an important as a role of regulation of VPC, and analysis the influence of agl19 and anr1 on the phase change of vegetative growth of plants.The results showed that the trichome distribution of wild type and two kinds of mutants appeared at the 15 th day after planted,among which agl19 and anr1 firstly appeared at the 5.3th rosettes leaf,earlier than the wild plants which firstly appeared at the 5.5th rosettes leaf,but the results are not respect.The two mutants firstly appeared the flower bud at the 21 th,while the wild was 24 th,which was later than the mutants. The results of the length-width ratio and leaf angle showed that the mutants had an earlier VPC than the wild type at the 15 th day when the 5th rosettes leaf appeared. The results of apical meristem differentiation showed that both of the mutants and wild type happened VPC at the 15 th day,among which mutants are moreearlier.The maximum quantity of expression of miR156 and SPL3 appeared at the 15 th day,which turned out that VPC happened during that time.The results of the relative quantity of expression showed that it happened VPC before the 19 th day,which was later than the mutants.
