For the uniform of a square area in the plane of the subdivision, we calculate the C1 continuous interpolation spline function. By calculation, we verifie the minimum number of the shard said C1 continuous interpolation spline function on the uniform rectangular grid is sextic. Based on the general expressions are given, we analyze the interpolation spline basis function symmetryand, the partition of unity property. Using interpolation spline function constructe the C1 continuous interpolation curved surface on the uniform rectangular grid. Interpolation curved surface has the locality, it avoids the traditional interpolation method of solving the disadvantages of large linear equations, making it possible to infinite points interpolation curved surface.
