Taking the Huangjiaping landslide as research object, which is located at Chaotian District, Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province, the shear strength parameters of the soil in sliding zone is obtained based on the data obtained through field investigation. The thickness of sliding zone is analyzed by borehole data.This thesis The mechanical characteristics and the stability of the landslide are calculated and analyzed. According to the results, this thesis puts forward two schemes of landslide governance and proposals, which are evaluated by FLAC3D. The main works include:1. Using the recursive method to calculate the Slice method formula given by Code for Investigation of Geotechnical Engineering (GB50021-2001), we can get the mathematical expressions of cohesive force (c) and internal friction angle (φ). Furthermore.the mathematical expression is obtained, which can judge the susceptibility relationship between the stability coefficient (Fs) and cohesive force (c) aswell as friction angle (φ). The shear strength parameters of slip soil in sliding zone are obtained combing with the field investigation and practical engineering experience.2.Making a brief introduction to the basic principle of the software FLAC3D. Against to the difficult for the software FLAC3D to deal with complex models and the unintuitive modeling process, the AutoCAD-ANSYS-FLAC3D modeling process is used to finish section graphics in AutoCAD, grid in ANSYS and stretch it into the body using the interface program in FLAC3D for subsequent analysis and processing. This modeling method ensures the accurate and reliable results, which is conducive to the subsequent calculation and analysis.3. According to the previous analysis results and engineering practice, it puts forward two schemes of slope treatment:A. The anti slide pile is set in the front of landslide to withstand the decline in force and maintain the stability of the slope; B. The cyclopean concrete is set at the toe as part of the section of anti-slide to achieve the purpose of landslide control.The stress and deformation of the slope of the two treatment schemes are analyzed by FLAC3D. The control and feasibility of the two schemes are evaluated.
