Single well seismic exploration technique is a technique which is connected with the seismic wave excitation device and data acquisition system, which is in the same borehole for seismic data acquisition. Because of the work of seismic wave excitation device and data acquisition system in the same well, it is able to avoid the absorption of high frequency components of seismic signal at low velocity zone, which greatly improves the resolution of the acquisition system. This paper is about the design with single well seismic system for a set of exploration based on the existing seismic exploration technology. The biggest characteristic of this system is using generic seven core logging cable power supply and data transmission of the whole system. Secondly, the use of the advanced equipment(the pulse type down hole of source, digital geophone on basic of the MEMS and sigma delta A/D converter) makes the system with high resolution, high signal-to-noise ratio and low distortion degree of technical features.First of all, this paper introduces the structure and work principle of the pulse type of down hole source, shock wave generator, digital geophone based on of the MEMS, sigma delta A/D converter and general seven core logging cable equipment, analyses and studies respectively their features and using norms in-depth.Then, the design of the single well seismic system is introduced. Before the system’s designing, it is firstly explained what is the structure and working principle of the system.The core content of this paper is the power supply scheme and working process of the system, which is also the key and difficult point. What’s more, introduce the design of the seismic source system and data acquisition system. Design focus on the design of tubular linear motor and shock wave generator, and data acquisition system is regarded ADS1282 chip as the core, respectively presents the design of the data acquisition system of input and output interface circuit and power supply circuit design. Then, using Multisim simulation software to analyze the performance of well logging cable used in single well seismic system of exploration, and the use and maintenance of well logging cable is said in this paper.Finally, design the control system of the exploration with single well of seismic system.The control system adopts Siemens S7-200 PLC as the main control device to design the electric control scheme of the system, and write the control program, and carry on the experiment test to the whole system, and verify the feasibility and operability of all.
