Nearly half a century, with the rise of genetics and molecular biology, and related technology and methods used in the study of ornithology, birds taxonomy research has been rapid development.47 kinds of non-passerine birds of paper extract COI gene partial sequence (694bp) and Cytb partial gene sequence (747bp), amplified and comparative analysis of loci to Sparrow as outgroup, to analysis of their kinshipusing NJ tree and MP treeThe partial sequence of two or more genes analytical data can be drawn:the percentage of variation in the nucleotide sequence of the COI gene is less than Cytb gene, and the same of parsimony informative sites COI gene sequences is below Cytb gene; replace the bases are converted into Lord; the average A+T content was higher than the average G+C content; COI and Cytb genes, COI gene sequences conserved sites above Cytb genes, gene mutations point below Cytb. And K2P genetic distances based on COI gene were greater than the threshold of 2.7% of birds, so for non-passerine birds is, COI gene is more suitable for species identification, but Cytb gene is more suitable as defined Birds different purposes unrelated molecule mark.By building COI based, Cytb and a combination of two genes NJ phylogenetic tree and MP phylogenetic tree showed that, each individual on their own heads together and the confidence is high, in line with the macro taxonomic characteristics. Falcon-shaped object hawk family and Falcon families do not get together, Coraciiformes individually for each project and a far distance are the bootstrap value of 90 or more, and a higher degree of confidence, more data are needed to supportResults of this study to investigate the origin and evolution of birds system, population structure and its relationship with the environment and adapt to evolutionary trends such as a very important theoretical significance. In addition, the use of COI and Cytb gene phylogenetic analysis, the accumulation of basic data for DNA bar coding library for taxonomic studies and explore possible kinship systems provide new research tools.
