| Mathematical model is an important tool to study the characteristics and dynamic behavior of biochemical systems. The rapid development of systems biology has been driven by the advances in experimental methods which through mathematical model to study on detail and principle of the systems. It is still one of the major challenges in using time-course data to obtain parameters in this field of parameters estimation for nonlinear biochemical systems.For a class of nonlinear biochemical system of S-type parameter identification problems, on the basis of previous research work, a new optimization algorithm are presented to estimate the parameters for nonlinear biochemical systems in S-system.The main content and results obtained of thesis are as follows:1. The paper mainly discuss the nonlinear biochemical systems in S-system, in order to establish the an optimization model of parameter identification, we should think about the least-square error criterion and the slop error criterion. we use the way of Cubic spline interpolation, sequential quadratic programming algorithm which can set up the optimization model2.In order to illustrate the effectiveness of the method, the method is applied to 4 simulation examples.. And the model parameters and the fitting images are compared with the other methods. The results of simulation show that the algorithm proposed in this paper is effective and feasible and can accurately obtain the approximate parameters of the model.3.To further verify the feasibility of the proposed algorithm, the algorithm is applied to the parameter identification of batch process of glycerol to 1, 3-propanediol,The results of simulation show that S-type systems can be a good description of microbial fermentation process, the proposed algorithm can better identify the model parameters. |
