As a specific implementation of the holographic principle, ADS/CFT duality as well as the more general gauge/gravity theory duality which originated from string theory has become the focus of the string theory, and provided an effective way for the study of gauge field theory of quantum gravity and the question of strong coupling. ADS/QCD approach which based on ADS/CFT duality has made some remarkable progress in the study of hadron spectroscopy and interaction. In recent years, ADS/QCD method has been applied to nuclear research, and establish a lot of critical and non-critical holographic QCD model. As we all know, the basic description of the strong interactions is QCD, it belongs to the category of low energy nuclear force in which the QCD theory becomes non-perturbation theory, therefore to describe the nuclear force quantitatively from its departure is very difficult. But Holographic QCD provides a new and effective approach for the study of nuclear force. In this paper, light nuclei like ~2D,~3T,~3He,~4He, their nuclear binding energy and potential were studied based on the six-dimensional anti-de Sitter space-time (ADS6) background space by using non-critical holographic QCD model. In this model, we only consider the two-body interaction between the nucleons, and light nuclei nuclear potential is algebra of them among all nuclear NN interaction. We first calculate the NN potential of the light nuclei which based on the Holographic model, and assume that the minimum of the nuclear potential is binding energy, thus some binding energies of the ground and excited states of light nuclei were estimated. Then the function of various meson and their exchange of resonant states of the light nuclei nuclear potential was detail analysis in nuclear NN interaction. The most important is that only one adjustable parameter is contained in the model, namely the quality scale MKK. Thus this model provide a clearer physical picture when compared with some of the modern high-precision phenomenological models.
