In this paper the transport properties of monolayer black phosphorus(phosphorene) was studied. First, we calculated the Berry phase of monolayer black phosphorusby the tight-binding Hamiltonian of monolayer black phosphorus. Then we studied the interactions influence of Coulomb on the electron energy spectrum and the electromagnetic response of monolayer black phosphorus. Next we studied the electron barrier tunneling effect of monolayer black phosphorus, and calculated the tunnel conductance by Green’s function method. Finally, we inferred the Green’s function of LA phonon in monolayer black phosphorus, and studied the electron-phonon coupling influence on the motion of electrons,and discussed the possibility that the superconducting phaseof monolayer black phosphorusformed due to the electron-phonon coupling by effective field theory method.
