Repairable system theory is an important part of system reliability theory. Firstly, starting from the physical structure and working principle of the repairable 3D printing system and using the method of supplementary variables in the theory of stochastic processes, this the-sis established the mathematical model of the repairable 3D printing system. Secondly, we discussed the well-posedness of time-dependent solution which is about the repairable 3D printing system by using the linear operator semigroup theory. Then, the mathematical model of the repairable 3D printing system is discretized by selecting the appropriate stair-case function. Finally, we carried out the numerical calculation of the discrete mathematical model, and obtained the corresponding numerical solution of it.
