Reserves evaluation is an important content in the process of gas reservoir development, is the material basis of making reasonable development plan. In this paper, natural gas geological reserves are evaulated by volume method, based on the comprehensive geological study and high accuracy 3D geological model. The lower limits standard of effective reservoir are reasonably made according to the results of the four characters of reservoir; the parameters of reserve evaluation are determined through comprehensive analysis experience using statistical methods, mercury parameter method, and analogy method etc. In order to improve the producing degree of reserves, the development well spacing and completion of horizontal well optimization parameters are scientificaly designed through numerical simulation[1] technology and field statistics method. After evaluating the capacity of gas well is by the gas well productivity forecast formula,,the reasonable productivity is provided, the production index is predicted, combining with the production data, the reliable theoretical basis of development program is provided. The economic appraisal method is selected with the best economic benefit scheme. This study provides a reliable basis for the Su 53 block resource productivity construction, ensure the maximum Su 53 block development benefit, provide an important basis for determining the scale of investment. In this paper, the development benefit of scientific and effective evaluation of the capacity building size of Sulige gas field. To lay the foundation for the cooperation development block in Sulige gas field of sustainable development.
