This paper taking Chao Yang 84-6 block as an example, discusses the method of the fine structural interpretation and the structural modeling by means of seismic data. The structure understanding of the study area is deepened. The work area is located in the north wing of FanShantun anticline, with features of many faults and the complex fault system. Therefore,carrying out the fine structure interpretation and structural modeling study is important to understand the work area structural feature so that rational development programs are designed.In this paper, based on the geological characteristics of the reservoir area in-depth analysis, under the guidance of the theory of sequence stratigraphy, applying of seismic data slicing interpretation technology, coherence technology, and three-dimensional visualization technology, structural interpretation and geological modeling works are carried out, achieving the identification of faults and of micro-amplitude structures, improving the accuracy in describing; By applying seismic sand body attribute prediction technologies, combining wells and seismic fine forecast sand, fine characterize the spatial distribution characteristic of sand, the development scale of sand and microfacies of deposition unit, improving the accuracy of prediction of sand body. The basis of the next step for the oil field well deployment and of post-development adjustment is provided.This study summarizes the Fuyu reservoir feature of the work area is that the fracture is medium size and the main trending of faults is the NNW, followed by the NNE. The development of faults has a vertical inherited characteristic, breaking off most Fuyu reservoir,and the eastern and central structure is relatively complex, with many small faults, and western structure is gentle, with few faults. Constructed types consist of the fault nose, the fault back and the block components. The main structure of the larger range structure is the block in general, which the strike more parallel to the fault direction, and the main structure of the smaller range structure is the fault nose and the fault back.Study area is identified one sedimentary facies,2 subfacies and 10 microfacies.
