Multiple types of volcanic rock in the deep part of songliao basin are well developed,Since Well Xushen 1 yield industrial air flow from volcanic rock reservoir in the north of Songliao basin, continuous exploration and practice shows that the oil and gas shows in different types of volcanic rocks. In this paper, fully research on volcanic rock type reservoir at home and abroad with Xuzhong area as the research target, using drilling data, logging data,logging data core permeability analysis and slice identification is studied to summarize volcanic rock reservoir storage space main rock types, mineral composition, pore types and controlling factors and reveal the volcanic effective reservoir space types and the influencing factors in Xuzhong area for the technical support in the further exploitation.Main research results are the as following in this paper: First of all, through the study of volcanic rock ore target type, it is found that downfaulted volcanic types and distribution of the rock has obvious differences in Yingcheng Group, Xuzhong which is a reflection of the rift period the episodic tectonic evolution, and volcanic rock reservoir conditions is mainly controlled by lithology and lithofacies. Second, volcanic complex primary mineral combination and features in the basin structural evolution and the burial diagenesis process is prone to be affected by heated liquid fluid, great changes happening. The study found that blowhole in volcanic rock is the most important primary reservoir space types; high angle tectonic fissures in the target area lava quite developed, is a major secondary reservoir space types. Third, from two aspects of fluid control and structure, research is carried out to the influential factors of volcanic rock reservoir performance in Xuzhong indicating volcanic rock reservoir formed by weathering dissolution of weathering crust is camp the main reservoir of volcanic rocks as the main control factors of storage. At the same time, the structural fracture pores, residual pores, solution pores and pore interconnection improved the volcanic rock reservoir. According to the core in the study area in Xuzhong, lava where tectonic fracture develops, oiliness is generally good.
