Rain enhancement anti-hail rocket projectile launching system is mainly used for artificially adjusting weather, such as artificial rainfall and hail resistance. The system, boasting a long range and massive coverage, is increasingly popularized and applied to arid areas more frequently than ever before, thus better structure and performance are required through technological improvement. In recent years, with breakthroughs made in computer technology, application software is maturer and has been applied to real life. When it comes to developing the system,3D modeling and virtual simulation are generally the means of original design and verification, because they help shorten development cycle, cut development cost and achieve results in a relatively short time.This paper mainly designs the rain enhancement anti-hail rocket projectile attitude adjusting system by studying out the structure and size of the system and designing and selecting other interior components and parts.The paper mainly completes the following work. Model a 3D rain enhancement anti-hail rocket projectile attitude adjusting system by 3D design software for further simulation study. Develop the former into a dynamical model by virtual prototype technology, and realize multibody dynamic simulation by ADAMS to see to it that the launcher revolves freely within the adjusted attitude range. Calculate the finite element strength and model of the launcher by NX CAE and virtual prototype technology, and figure up the stress and strain data of the virtual prototype’s key components and parts. See to it that the materials of the launcher meet the requirements of use conditions, and that the guided missile must be launched within limited frequency to avoid destruction by resonance. Analyze the launching dynamics of the rain enhancement rocket projectile and optimize the structure of the revolving body by the methods of finite element analysis and size optimization. After considering the effects of the revolving body’s size to rigidity and strength, form an optimized multi-target model of the revolving body and work out the optimal solution set of the size.
