In this paper, we study the existence and global uniform asymptotic stability of weight-ed pseudo almost automorphic solutions for complex-valued Cohen-Grossberg neural net-works with discrete and distributed delays by applying contraction mapping fixed point theorem and Lyapunov functional. An example is given to show the effectiveness of the man results.In chapter 1, we study the existence for weighted pseudo almost automorphic solu-tions of complex-valued Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with discrete and distributed delays.In chapter 2, By the means of the Lyapunov functional, we prove global uniform asymptotic stability of weighted pseudo almost automorphic solutions.
