As the research of the complex system and complex science attracts more and more attention, complex networks are widely used in the description of communication, electric power, biology, society and economy and so on. We regard the individuals or organizations as nodes in the network, with the edges between them representing some relationships. Through using the abstract description to study system containing lots of individuals, complex structures and interactions, we can not only reduce the complexity of the problems and facilitate the theoretical analysis, but also make it possible to analyze how the properties of each subsystem and the network structure impact the behaviors of the system.It is a hotspot on the research of current complex networks that understanding how the structure of complex networks influence the behavior of spreading dynamics, especially the generative mechanism,spreading law, factor of influence and control strategy on it. The exploration has both profound scientific significance and wide application prospects. Besides, complex network science regarded as a cross interdisciplinary has been widely applied in the fields of mathematics,physics,biology, computer science, even the research of different languages analysis and so on. Our thesis explores the effect factors of the epidemic spreading and Chinese-Vietnamese word attributes. The main contents are as follows.(1)We have researched how the active degree of individuals impacts epidemic spreading. We explored what influence the active degree of the infected individuals and susceptible individuals on the epidemic spreading respectively and found that while the degree of nervous of individuals to the epidemic and the degree of nervous of individuals to the infected rate of neighbors is larger, the active degree of individuals is lower, and the scale of epidemic spreading is smaller; when the infection rate is large, it is more obvious to suppress the effect of epidemic outbreak with the reduction the level of individual activity. But in terms of susceptible individuals, its degree of nervous to infected rate of neighbors has less effect on the suppression than to the degree of nervous of the epidemic; so we draw the conclusion that it has better effect and lower cost by reducing reduce the level of infected individual activity than reducing the level of susceptible individual activity.(2)Our thesis also conducted a comparative study of the cognitive attributes betweenChinese and Vietnamese animal words by using complex network knowledge. First we construct a bipartite network of cognitive attributes between Chinese and Vietnamese animal words, then we obtain the similarity coefficients by using the collaborative filtering algorithm, finally we use the quantitative statistical method to prove that the cognitive attributes of Chinese and Vietnamese animal words has high similarity, whether it is the same kind of animal words between Chinese and Vietnamese, or a different kind of animal word, the elements in the intersection of their cognitive attributes are more than their unique elements. First reason is that the attributes of animal itself are the same; the other is for the deep relationship between Chinese and Vietnamese, which is the main reason that cognitive attribute similarity is high between Chinese and Vietnamese animal words.
