Golden pheasant is a kind of ornamental birds of feather color. In order to better reveal the birds of feather color difference and the regulatory mechanism of plumage color, based on the red-bellied Golden pheasants and white-bellied Golden pheasants as materials, extraction of genomic DNA,PCR amplification of genes related to color and in-situ hybridization to tissue sections BC02 expression in white-bellied Golden pheasants and neck feathers. Results of this study are as follows:1. Red-bellied Golden pheasants amplification of genomic DNA as a template about MC1R, SLC45A, TYR, BCO2, BCO2exon, ASIP last exon, ASIPF, MITF last exon, MITF gene fragment, White-bellied Golden pheasants amplification of genomic DNA as a template the MC1R, SLC45A, KIT, TYR, BCO2, BCO2exon, ASIP last exon, ASIPF, MITF last exon, MITF, OCA gene fragments.2. White-bellied Golden pheasants BCO2 recorded amplified fragment in vitro preparation of RNA probe section in situ hybridization showed that gene in the neck of the white-bellied Golden pheasants black and white striped feathers, rachis and some barbs in the expression.
