| In recent years,with the rapid development of micro-electromechanical system (MEMS), micro-channel as a new type of thermal control technology and has the advantages of compact structure,high efficiency,light quality,safe and reliable operation and small heat transfer temperature difference et, which is other traditional heat transfer equipment unparalleled superiority,and it has been widely used in aviation,aerospace,defense,medical and biological engineering,mechanical,electronic systems and other fields.However,with the consider of the heat ex-changer size,service life,economic cost and other factor,there is an urgent need higher heat dissipation of the heat ex-changer. Therefore,in this paper,we will based on the existing micro-channel heat sink,and get a better dissipation thermal performance heat transfer device by the enhanced heat transfer technology.First of all, the working medium is fluid which is ideal,often physical and in-compressible.,under constant heat flux conditions,study the problems are about unidirectional steady convection and heat transfer in fully developed section. Based on the fluid dynamics and heat transfer,there will been theoretical research about that in the fluid flow process needed to use the continuity equation,momentum equation and energy equation on the micro-channel with trapezoidal Groove.Secondly,there will establishment a single model of rectangular micro-channel with trapezoidal Groove. Due to a trapezoidal groove with a way for laying and combination of shape and size are many,therefore,in order to choose a dimension combination has better heat dissipation performance,the physical quantity that have representative to flow and heat transfer are pressure and the bottom of the channel chip temperature as the target to research.Finally,to get a single groove micro-channel dimensions as a benchmark, and establishment the overall model,at the same time compared them with smooth rectangular micro-channel. Study found that the groove micro-channel heat dissipation is smooth micro-channel 1.410 times. So,add trapezoidal Groove in a rectangular micro-channel,enhance the heat transfer is better,and ti can provide certain reference for the practical application of micro-channel heat sink design. |
