By using the data of rain stations about the Meiyu in Northern area of Zhejiang Province, we did the climate analysis and found that the climate consistency did exist between those rain stations. So that we can take the conclusion of Meiyu that obtained from analysis by using the data from some individual stations to represent the data from all rain stations in north Zhejiang. Using Lamb-Jenkinson atmospheric circulation classification method to classification of north of monthly average atmospheric circulation, comprehensive analysis of Meiyu and the response of the relationship between atmospheric circulation and SST, Meiyu have influence in the north of abundant owe weight higher factor. Meiyu also analyzes the influence in the north of the key area of the SST and the relationship between the atmospheric circulation, its weather study influence mechanism between Meiyu and relatively clear. For statistical modeling between factor according to the different combination and plum rains, better fitting and forecasting results are obtained, but also confirm the independence between the selected factors. Meiyu can in the north of single station forecast and numerical model to predict product downscaling application methods provide effective reference and reference.
