In this thesis, we ?rst give a short review about the black string. Then we focus on the construction of the black string ?ow, the black string ?ow is a con?guration about a thin black string falling into a large black hole without any external interference. In such a construction, the black string ?ow can be regarded as non-equilibrium system. We use the Laudau-Lifshitz theory to study the ?uctuation of the black string ?ow. This theory has been well applied in the evaporation of the black hole. After the calculation, we found that, for the black string ?ow, their second momentum of the ?uctuation is not diverged, however,in charged black string ?ow their second momentum of the ?uctuation is diverged when m = q.The second part focuses on the construction of the black string ?ow. In the previous article, the construction of the black string ?ow is based on the Schwarschild solution that is a solution under the restriction of sphere symmetry.In our work, we extend the Schwarschild solution into the Kerr solution and KerrNewman solution. Under the new constructions, we get the hypersurface function and the equilibrium condition, then we compare these results with the previous ones. Our result is more general than the previous one。...
